WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
-Orders are made to order + shipped within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
-Standard shipping takes an estimated 5-7 business days unless specified otherwise as an expedited order. Outside factors such as weather, holidays, or health + safety concerns that cause additional delays are beyond our control.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
-All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
-Yes. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
-All return requests must be emailed to email@example.com within the 14 day period of receiving your item.
-Custom orders may not be returned.
-Sale items are final sale + may not be returned.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
-The return process typically takes 1-2 weeks including the time it takes for the refund to post to your bank statement. We will send a confirmation email once your return is processed.
